Requirements

Proven experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in high-scale production environments
Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevEx principles
Deep experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS and container orchestration Kubernetes
Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Docker
Familiarity with observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a small team of experienced engineers in a global, fast-paced environment
Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure with high availability and performance
Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling from conception to post-deployment
Drive improvements in developer experience by optimizing build times, debugging capabilities, and tooling ergonomics
Continuously automate and refine operational processes to increase system resilience and reduce manual toil
Work closely with software engineers to enable seamless integration, deployment, and observability of new features
Lead mission-critical projects and mentor others to ensure operational excellence
