As Senior Product Manager on Core Experience team, own foundational app experiences defining daily interactions for millions. Shape shared surfaces and journeys from navigation to discovery, ensuring cohesion as EarnIn expands. Infuse AI as first-class tool for adaptive, personalized, proactive experiences beyond static UX.
Partner closely with design, engineering, data, ML, and business unit leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities. Drive execution through focused experimentation with strong product judgment and AI fluency. Translate model capabilities into trusted product moments members notice.
Build AI evaluation frameworks with quality benchmarks and feedback loops tied to member outcomes. Use AI to accelerate discovery from signals to shipped hypotheses. Maintain intuitive, cohesive surfaces amid new AI-powered products across business units.
This highly visible, cross-functional role offers base salary of $206,000 to $252,000 plus equity and benefits. Hybrid position in Mountain View requires in-office work 2 days a week. Shape the next chapter of our growth journey.
Requirements
- Deep user empathy combined with systems-level product thinking and strong bias toward action
- AI fluency with AI embedded in core work processes including repeatable systems and measurable impact
- Strong product judgment and deep appreciation for great UX
- Experience owning and evolving foundational app experiences like home, navigation, and cross-product flows
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, ML, and business leaders
- Skill in defining AI-powered personalization and adaptivity not as afterthought but core principle
- Expertise building evaluation frameworks for AI surfaces with benchmarks and outcome-based feedback
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for Core XP, home, navigation, explore, activity, and cross-product flows with AI-native personalization and adaptivity as first-class design principle
- Define and ship AI-powered surface experiences including adaptive home layouts, contextual product discovery, predictive nudges, and smart in-app moments responding to real-time context
- Partner with design and data to evolve static UX into living, responsive experiences translating model capabilities into noticeable, trusted product moments
- Build and own AI evaluation framework for Core XP surfaces defining quality benchmarks, guardrails against over-personalization, and feedback loops grounded in member outcomes
- Use AI to accelerate discovery and experimentation loops compressing time from behavioral signal to actionable insight to shipped hypothesis
- Ensure Core XP surfaces remain intuitive and cohesive as new AI-powered products and capabilities launch across business units
- Work horizontally across business units to surface experience gaps and align teams around shared solutions
