You will conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research, design intuitive interfaces, and contribute to established design systems. Excel in wireframing, rapid prototyping, user interviews, surveys, and moderated/unmoderated testing.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design or related field
Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams
Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing
Ability to synthesize and analyse findings to distil actionable insights
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping
Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience working with established design systems

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research
Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
Contribute to our design system
